31.1.2 Transmission rights-of-way will be routed to minimize impacts on the views of…¶
designated Coastal Scenic or Coastal View Areas, and will avoid locations which are near habitat, recreational, or archeological resources, wherever feasible; and (Former Section CZ#A315-16(E)(1)(b))
31.1.3 Above-ground transmission lines will be sited so as to minimize visual impacts where feasible.¶
Where an
above-ground transmission line must be sited in a view corridor, it will not extend along the road right-of-way for continuous extended distances. (Former Section CZ#A315-16(E)(1)(c))
