(See also, Recreation Combining Zone “X”) The Recreation Combining Zone is intended to be combined with any principal zone in which the addition of recreational uses is desirable and will not be detrimental to the uses of the principal zone or of adjacent zones. The following regulations shall apply in any zone which is combined with a Recreation Combining Zone. 33.1.1 Principal Permitted Uses.
