Sec. 70-191. - Content and filing of final map or parcel map.¶
The content and form for the preparation and filing of a final map or a parcel map shall conform to the requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act and any additional items required by the conditions of approval of the tentative map or tentative parcel map. In some instances the planning commission may require, by condition of approval, that certain notations or information be contained, filed, or recorded with the final map or parcel map. When such information is required it shall be presented with the final map or parcel map in accordance with the requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act. The final map or parcel map shall be filed with the city engineer in the form specified by the State Subdivision Map Act and the city engineer and in quantities specified by the city engineer.
