§ 2.12.010. Created - Department heads.

There are created within the city government the following departments:

A. Finance Department. The director of finance shall be the department head.

B. Building and Safety Department. The director of building and safety shall be the department head.

C. City Manager's Office. The city manager shall be the department head.

D. Planning Department. The director of planning and community development shall be the department head.

E. Public Works Department. The director of public works shall be the department head.

F. City Clerk's Office. The city clerk shall be the department head.

G. City Attorney's Office. The city attorney shall be the department head.

H. Community Services Department. The director of community services shall be the department head.

I. Police Department. The chief of police shall be the department head.

J. Housing Department. The director of housing shall be the department head.

K. Human Resources Department. The director of human resources shall be the department head.
