Hawthorne Municipal Code Ch. 12.08 Specifications for Public Works Construction

Except as may otherwise be provided herein, the provisions of the most recent edition of the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction," prepared and promulgated by the Southern California Chapters of the American Public Works Association and the Associated General Contractors of America, are adopted and applicable to all public works construction undertaken after the effective date of the ordinance codified herein.
