§ 12.12.010. Designated.

The sea level datum, as determined by the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey (1944-46 adjustment), is declared to be the official datum system of the city of Hawthorne for the purpose of establishing and designating the official grades of the streets, sewers and other public works in the city.
