5.28.010 - State license required.

Every person operating a patrol system shall first procure a license from the State.

5.28.020 - Application.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any person operating a private patrol service as defined in Section 7521 of the Business and Professions Code of the State.

5.28.030 - License content.

Every license to conduct a patrol system shall contain, among other things, an accurate description of the area in which operations are permitted and the names of all patrolmen permitted under such license. A license to conduct a patrol system shall not authorize any person either as a patrolman, agent or owner to patrol any territory outside of the area specified in the license of such patrol system.
