§ 7.110.010 PUBLIC EXCRETION.

(A) No person shall urinate or defecate in a:

(1) Public place;

(2) Place open to the public or exposed to public view; or

(3) Private place entered without consent of the owner, his or her agent or the person in lawful possession thereof.

(B) This section shall not apply to urination or defecation in any fixture provided for such purposes in any bathroom, restroom, dressing room or similar facility.

§ 7.110.020 NUDITY IN PUBLIC PROHIBITED.

(A) No person shall appear, bathe, sunbathe, walk or be in any public park, playground, street or other public land, or on any private property open to public view from any public right-of-way, public street, public park or public land, in such a manner that the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus, anal region or pubic hair region of any person is exposed to public view or is not covered by an opaque covering.

(B) The provisions of this section shall not apply to:

(1) Children under the age of five years;

(2) Live theatrical performances performed in a theater, concert hall or other similar establishment; or

(3) Art courses which qualify for state or federal student financial aid programs.

§ 7.110.030 PENALTY.

Any violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor.
