Fresno County Municipal Code Ch. 17.68 Street and Utility Improvements

The improvement standards referred to in this chapter shall apply to the street work and utilities which are required as a condition to the approval of a final subdivision map and the applicable on-site geologic investigations which are required as a condition to the approval of a tentative subdivision map, which standards shall be applicable in the unincorporated area of the county.

All improvements of streets and utilities required as a condition to the approval of a development permit or subdivision map and all on-site geologic investigations required as a condition to the approval of a tentative subdivision map within the unincorporated area of the county, shall conform to the applicable standard design, materials and workmanship which are set forth in the pamphlet entitled "Improvement Standards for Fresno County, October, 1966, Amendment No. 8," which pamphlet, as amended, is adopted by reference.
