11.36.010 - Misdemeanor.

It is unlawful for any person to park any vehicle or place any structure wholly or partially within or upon any right-of-way of any county highway, road, street or alley for the purpose of selling therefrom or therein any article, service or thing, and any person selling, displaying for sale, or offering for sale any article or thing, either in or from such vehicle or structure so parked or placed is guilty of a misdemeanor.

11.36.020 - Exception.

The provisions of this chapter shall not prohibit a seller from taking orders or delivering any commodity from a vehicle on that part of any county highway, road or structure immediately adjacent to the premises of the purchaser,

11.36.030 - During fair—Prohibited.

It is unlawful to hawk, vend, peddle, sell or offer to sell any article, thing or service upon or from the right-of-way of Hamilton Avenue, Chance Avenue, Kings Canyon Road, Maple Avenue or Butler Avenue where the rights-of-way of such avenues or roads are contiguous to the Fresno County fair grounds, during the holding of the annual Fresno district fair conducted upon such fair grounds by the 21st district agricultural association.
