Chapter 2.72 — SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS

Pursuant to Chapter 6 of Division 21 of the California Elections Code and the Charter of the County of Fresno, the boundaries and numerical designations of the supervisorial districts for the County of Fresno are established as set forth in this chapter by ordinance or by resolution duly adopted by the Fresno County Board of Supervisors pursuant to California State law.

All references to streets, ways, avenues, roads, state routes or alignments and projections thereof, railroads, and watercourses, contained in the foregoing boundary descriptions or in the boundary descriptions set forth in any resolution adopted pursuant to this chapter and California State law refer to the centerlines thereof.
