Article II — HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN

The county hazardous waste management plan and environmental impact report, as adopted by the board of supervisors of the county on February 5, 1990, is hereby adopted by the city in its entirety. Any and all matters dealing with hazardous wastes or hazardous materials and facilities dealing with such wastes and materials are under the jurisdiction of this document, except where specific Code requirements of the city are more restrictive, in which case the Code requirements shall supersede this section.
