Division 3 — COMBINING PARCELS

The provisions contained in this division shall regulate the combining of contiguous parcels under common ownership into one parcel.

The combining of contiguous parcels under common ownership into one parcel may be accomplished by any of the following procedures:

(1)

The processing of parcel maps pursuant to article IV of this chapter;

(2)

The processing of a lot line adjustment pursuant to section 26-215 of this chapter; or

(3)

Any other legal process acceptable to the city engineer and the city attorney.
