Sec. 26-346. - Applicability.¶
The provisions contained in this division shall regulate the combining of contiguous parcels under common ownership into one parcel.

Sec. 26-347. - Submission of parcel map.¶
The combining of contiguous parcels under common ownership into one parcel may be accomplished by any of the following procedures:
(1) The processing of parcel maps pursuant to article IV of this chapter;
(2) The processing of a lot line adjustment pursuant to section 26-215 of this chapter; or
(3) Any other legal process acceptable to the city engineer and the city attorney.
