Sec. 2-201. - Personal use prohibited.¶

None of the equipment, tools or other articles of personal property belonging to the city shall be used for other than city business, and such items shall not in any event be used for private purposes.

Sec. 2-202. - Use of city stationery, forms, correspondence.¶

The use of city stationery, city forms, city correspondence or any similar item or any facsimile or representation or near representation of the city is prohibited by persons, committees or employees who are using these items for anything other than official city business.
