Sec. 2-1. - Hours of city offices.

(a) The city offices, located at 8353 Sierra Avenue, shall be open to the public for business as set forth by resolution.

(b) Holidays shall be determined by meet-and-confer proceedings conducted by the city manager prior to the expiration of employee contracts, following the guidelines set forth in Government Code §§ 6700 and 6701.
