§ 23-2.1. Driving on Runways or Animals on Runways Prohibited.¶

No person shall drive any vehicle or animal, nor stop, park or leave standing any vehicle or animal, whether attended or unattended, upon the runways or taxiways of the Firebaugh municipal airport.
§ 23-2.2. Exception for City Employees.¶

Employees of the city who are engaged in maintaining, repairing, or additional construction upon the airport, on city duty and duly authorized by the city manager or the airport manager, shall be exempt from this section. Peace officers of the State of California who are engaged in the enforcement of State Law or this or any ordinance of the city shall likewise be exempted from the provisions of this chapter.
