7.20.010 - Special permit.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation, either with or without a city license, to open, conduct, maintain or operate any dance hall, dance, bowling alley, or skating rink within the city limits between twelve o'clock midnight and six o'clock a.m. on any day of the week or at all on any Sunday without a special permit from the city council, issued at a regular meeting thereof, after application therefor has been made; provided that any person, firm, association or corporation may sponsor and conduct a dance until one o'clock a.m. on any day except Monday, without such a permit.
