3.20.010 - Levied.¶
There shall be levied on the taxable property within the corporate limits of the city, for each fiscal year, a tax not to exceed fifteen cents on each one hundred dollars for the purpose of providing and maintaining parks and music, and for advertising purposes. The tax shall be in addition to all other taxes now authorized by law to be levied.

3.20.020 - Use.¶
The money realized from such tax to be used and expended in such manner as may be deemed best by the board of trustees of the city.

3.20.030 - Collection.¶
The tax shall be levied and collected at the same time and in the same manner as other municipal taxes of the city.
