3.06.010 - Authorized.¶
It is found, determined and declared, pursuant to Section 33101 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, that there is a need for the redevelopment agency created by Section 33100 of said Code to function in the city, and said agency is authorized to transact business and exercise its powers under the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.).

3.06.020 - City council designated.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code, the city council declares itself to be the redevelopment agency, and all the functions, rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested by the Community Redevelopment Law in said agency are vested in the city council.

3.06.030 - Executive director.¶
The city council appoints the city manager to serve as executive director of the redevelopment agency.
