14.44.010 - Parking time limited.¶
(a) When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle between the hours of four a.m. and six a.m. of any day on the following streets:
(1) On Central Avenue between Ventura Street and Kensington Drive;
(2) On Sespe Avenue between Central Avenue and the East business alley (a distance of one hundred fifty feet); and
(3) On Sespe Avenue between Central Avenue and the West business alley (a distance of one hundred fifty feet);
(b) When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours between the hours of eight a.m. and six p.m. of any day on the following streets:
(1) On Central Avenue between Ventura Street and the South curb of Santa Clara Avenue;
(2) At the West curb of Central Avenue between the North curb of Santa Clara Avenue and the South curb of Main Street;
(3) On Central Avenue at the North curb of Main Street to Kensington Drive;
(4) On Santa Clara Avenue between Central Avenue and Olive Street;
(5) On Sespe Avenue between Central Avenue and Fillmore Street;
(6) On Sespe Avenue (a distance of three hundred feet) West of Central Avenue;
(7) On Main Street from the West curb of Central Avenue to the West business alley (a distance of one hundred fifty feet); and
(8) At the North curb of Main Street from the East curb of Central Avenue to the West curb of Fillmore Street.
(c) When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle for a period of time longer than one hour between the hours of eight a.m. and six p.m. of any day on the following streets:
(1) At the East curb of Central Avenue between the North curb of Santa Clara Avenue and the South curb of Main Street;
(2) At the North curb of Santa Clara Avenue between the East curb of Central Avenue and the West curb of Fillmore Street;
(3) At the South curb of Main Street from the east curb of Central Avenue to the West curb of Fillmore Street.
(d) When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours between the hours of eight a.m. and six p.m. of any weekday on the following street:
(1) On the south side of Kensington Drive between Central Avenue and the first alley west of Central Avenue.

14.44.020 - Parking space markings.¶
The chief of police is authorized to install and maintain parking space markings to indicate parking spaces adjacent to curbings where authorized parking is permitted.
When such parking space markings are placed in the highway, subject to other and more restrictive limitations, no vehicle shall be stopped, left standing or parked other than within a single space unless the size or shape of such vehicle makes compliance impossible.

14.44.030 - Parking—Commercial vehicles in residential districts.¶
(a) No person shall park any commercial vehicle, or any attached commercial trailer having a manufacturer's gross weight rating of ten thousand pounds or more in any residential zone between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(b) The signs giving reasonable notice of the prohibitions contained in this section shall be erected within the city as required by California Vehicle Code § 22507.

14.44.040 - Parking on private property prohibited.¶
No person shall park a vehicle in a private driveway or on private property without the direct or implied consent of the owner or person in lawful possession of such driveway or property.

14.44.050 - Parking on city property.¶
(a) Whenever the chief of police shall determine that the orderly, efficient conduct of the city's business requires that parking or standing of vehicles on city property be prohibited, limited or restricted, the chief of police shall have the power and authority to order signs to be erected or posted, and to install and have maintained parking space markings, indicating that the parking of vehicles is thus prohibited, limited or restricted.
(b) When signs or parking space markings are in place, giving notice thereof, no person shall park or stand any vehicle contrary to the directions or provisions of such signs or parking space markings.

14.44.060 - Parking—Commercial vehicles with refrigeration units.¶
No person shall, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., leave operating for more than five minutes the mechanical refrigeration unit of any commercial vehicle parked within one hundred yards of a residence. Vehicles being actively loaded or unloaded are exempt from the provisions of this section.

14.44.070 - Semi-truck and oversized vehicle parking limited to two hours on River…¶
No person shall park or leave standing any semi-truck or oversized vehicle, as further defined herein, for longer than two hours upon River Street between D Street and the treatment plant or on E Street, south of State Route 126. This restriction shall become effective upon the posting of signage giving notice of this prohibition as required by California Vehicle Code Section 22507.
For the purpose of this section the term "oversized vehicle" shall mean any vehicle, as defined by Section 670 of the Vehicle Code, or combination of vehicles, which exceeds nineteen feet in length, seven feet in width, or eight feet in height, exclusive of projecting lights or devices allowed by Section 35109, 35110, or 35111 of the Vehicle Code, as such codes may be amended.

14.44.080 - Semi-truck and oversized vehicle parking limited to four hours along State…¶
No person shall park or leave standing any semi-truck or oversized vehicle, as defined by section 14.44.070, for longer than four hours upon the shoulder of State Route 126 within the City of Fillmore where parking is not prohibited. This restriction shall become effective upon the posting of signage giving notice of this prohibition as required by California Vehicle Code Section 22507.
