9.08.010 - Unlawful acts.

It is unlawful for any person to consume or drink any beer, wine or other alcoholic beverage on any street, sidewalk, alley, highway, mall, other public street, or parking lot open to the public within the city. This chapter shall not be deemed to make punishable any act or acts prohibited by any law of the state.

9.08.020 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and punishable by a fine and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as set out in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
