Pursuant to section 13510(c), Chapter 1, the Fairfield Police Department will adhere to adhere to standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).

§ 2.31.1. Adherence to standards for recruitment and training (P.C. § 13510(a)).¶
Pursuant to section 13510(a), Chapter 1, the Fairfield Police Department will adhere to adhere to standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).

§ 2.31.2. Adherence to standards for recruitment and training (P.C. § 13512).¶
Pursuant to section 13512, Chapter 1, the Commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed appropriate by the Commission to ascertain that the Fairfield police department’s dispatcher personnel adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
