§ 2.14.10. Powers and duties.

The city treasurer shall countersign warrants and serve on the Investment Committee, which shall be designated by the City Manager, and shall perform such duties and functions as prescribed by Government Code Section 41000, et seq., except those duties and functions performed by the Director of Finance.

The city treasurer shall receive compensation and benefits as provided by resolution of the City Council.
