§ 2.24.010 TOWN CLERK.¶
The penal sum of the bond required of the Town Clerk, to be executed in favor of the town, as provided in the Government Code of the state, is fixed at the sum of $5,000 or provided by insurance.

§ 2.24.020 TOWN TREASURER.¶
The penal sum of the bond required of the Town Treasurer, to be executed in favor of the town, as provided in the Government Code of the state, is fixed at the sum of $10,000 or provided by insurance.
