§ 20-7. Powers and duties generally.

The planning commission shall have all the powers and shall perform all the duties provided by said Planning Act and such other powers and duties as may be conferred upon planning commissions by any and all laws of the state. (Code 1957, § 9015; Ord. No. 1507, § 5, 5-10-72)
