§ 20-3. Appointment and terms of office.

Unless otherwise provided by this code, appointments of members of all boards and commissions created by the city council and their terms of office shall be governed by the following provisions:

  • (a) The terms of office for members of the planning commission shall be for a four year period commencing with the actual date of appointment and ending on March 31st of the fourth year thereafter.
