8.04.010 - California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law.¶
Pursuant to Section 50022.2 of the state Government Code, the city incorporates by reference and adopts in whole provisions identical to those of the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law, Chapter 4 of the Health and Safety Code commencing with Section 27500, as though fully set forth herein.

8.04.020 - Health of workers.¶
It shall be the duty of each manager, operator or owner of any food-handling establishment to employ only persons having good health. It shall be the employee's duty to notify the employer of any symptoms of ill health, and to abstain from foodhandling until well.
