Editor's note— Ord. No. 25-09, § 1, adopted Dec. 2, 2025, repealed the former Art. X, § 7-74, and enacted a new Art. X as set out herein. The former Art. X pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 18-11, § 1, adopted Dec. 4, 2018 and Ord. No. 23-02, § 2, adopted July 18, 2023.

There is hereby adopted by reference the California Existing Building Code, 2025 edition, in its entirety including appendix chapter Al, known as the California Code of Regulations, title 24, part 10, copyrighted by the International Code Council, one (1) copy of which is on file for public view at the community development department marked and designated as the Existing Building Code of the city. Each and all such regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the California Existing Building Code, 2025 edition, including appendix chapter Al, are made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
