Sec. 4-94. - Hours of operation.

Any business operated or maintained pursuant to a license issued as provided in section 4-114 may be conducted at all reasonable times, including Sunday; provided, that such business shall not be conducted between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; and provided further, that on Sunday night such business shall not be conducted between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following morning.

Sec. 4-95. - To be conducted in peaceful, etc., manner.

Any business operated or maintained pursuant to a license issued as provided in section 4-114 shall be maintained and conducted by the licensee in a peaceful, orderly and inoffensive manner.

Sec. 4-96. - Fighting.

Every person who is a customer or is on the premises where a business is conducted pursuant to a license issued as provided in section 4-114 and shall engage in a fight or brawl shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Sec. 4-97. - Violation of article.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
