2.36.010 - Expiration of terms of office.¶
All terms of office for members of on-going advisory bodies, including, but not limited to commissions, committees and boards shall expire on a date to be established by council policy. Any member of an on-going advisory body whose term expires shall be eligible to continue until a successor is appointed by the city council.

2.36.020 - Chapter to prevail.¶
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other policies and procedures, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.

2.36.050 - Creation of advisory bodies.¶
The city council may create by ordinance or resolution such advisory bodies as in its judgment are required and may grant to them such powers and duties it deems necessary and appropriate.
