11.08.150 - Enforcement generally.¶
A. Any deputy sheriff of the county of Siskiyou or any peace officer defined generally under Section 830 of the California Penal Code, shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
B. The district or city administrator and any deputy sheriff's officer shall have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device which is located in a park or recreational area and which is used in violation of this chapter.
C. The district or city administrator or any deputy sheriff's officer shall have the authority to eject from the park and recreational area any person acting in violation of the provisions of this chapter.

11.08.160 - Violation of chapter an infraction—Penalty.¶
Violation of any provision of this chapter is an infraction punishable by a fine as set forth in California Government Code Section 36900(b). This amount is currently not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first violation, and for a second violation of the same ordinance within one year by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and for each additional violation of the same ordinance within one year, by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
