Dunsmuir Municipal Code Art. IV Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

No alcoholic beverages of any sort may be sold within city parks or recreation areas without first obtaining the express written permission of the city of Dunsmuir or the Dunsmuir Recreation and Parks District board of directors upon approval of the Dunsmuir city council and obtain necessary permits from the state of California. Beverages must not be dispensed in glass containers, but in cans, paper or plastic cups.
