Duarte Municipal Code Ch. 15.04 Fire Prevention Code

Except as otherwise provided, Title 32 of the Los Angeles County Code, entitled "LOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE CODE," as may be amended from time to time, is adopted in full and shall serve as the City's fire code.

Article 78 is deleted from the fire code.

One copy of the county fire code has been deposited in the office of the city clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the clerk for use and examination of the public.

In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of Chapter 15.05, the provisions of Chapter 15.05 shall prevail.
