§ 7172.2. SAME: NUMBER OF APPROACHES.

In Zones R-1 and R-2, not more than one driveway approach shall be permitted for each lot or parcel of land having a street frontage of less than 70 feet. (Added by Ord. 850, adopted 05-12-87)

§ 7172.2.2. SAME: SAME: EXCEPTIONS.¶

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this part, the City Engineer may approve an additional driveway approach if either (a) or (b) applies:

(a) If no means of access to a portion of the property is available from a single driveway approach; or

(b) If the Planning Commission recommends an additional driveway approach. (Added by Ord. 850, adopted 05-12-87)
