Diamond Bar Municipal Code Ch. 2.08 Meetings of City Council

The city council shall regularly meet in the auditorium of the South Coast Air Quality Management District, located at 21865 East Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California. The city council may, from time to time, adjourn such regular meetings to another place and may conduct special meetings at such locations as are deemed appropriate. The date and time of regular meetings shall be established by resolution of the city council.

The order of business to be conducted by the city council shall be established, and may be modified, by resolution of the city council.

The city council may adopt such rules of order for the conduct of its business as it deems appropriate, and may amend the same, by resolution; provided, however, that no ordinance, resolution or other action taken by the city council shall be invalidated or the legality or effect thereof otherwise affected by the failure or omission of the city council to observe or follow such rules.
