§ 2.64.010. Notice.

A. The City is not required to comply with federal or state statutes or regulations that require notices to be published in a newspaper unless the statute or regulation binds charter cities. In lieu of publication in a newspaper, the City shall comply with such publication requirements by posting notices in three places open to the public. The City Manager shall adopt an administrative policy designating the locations for posting notices. The notices may be summary in form and may indicate that more detailed or complete information can be obtained at the offices of a City official designated in the notice.

B. California Code Section 65093 shall be applicable to all notices required to be given by the City.
