§ 15.24.010. Adoption of 2022 California Existing Building Code.¶

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the California Existing Building Code, Title 24, California Code of Regulations, Part 10, including any and all amendments thereto that may hereafter be made and adopted by the State of California, is hereby adopted as the City Existing Building Code.

§ 15.24.020. Violation—Penalty.¶

Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of the requirements of the Existing Building Code is a public nuisance and punishable as an infraction. (Ord. 69811-19-19; Ord. 76611-1-22)
