§ 15.14.010. Adoption of California 2022 Plumbing Code.¶

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the California Plumbing Code, Title 24, California Code of Regulations, Part 5, including any and all amendments thereto that may hereafter be made and adopted by the State of California, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City. § 15.14.020. Violation—Penalty.¶

Violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of the requirements of the Plumbing Code is a public nuisance and punishable as an infraction. (Ord. 69811-19-19; Ord. 76611-1-22)
