Chapter 17.148 — SERVICE AND REGULATORY FEES

§ 17.148.010. Establishment of service and regulatory fees— Fee schedule—Fee revision.

The following service and regulatory fees are established and shall be hereinafter imposed within the City:

  • A. The amount of each fee shall be the amount listed in the City’s Service and Regulatory Fee Schedule (attached as Exhibit A and incorporated in this chapter by this reference).

  • B. The amount of each fee set forth in the Service and Regulatory Fee Schedule may be more specifically set and revised periodically by resolution of the City Council, with this chapter being considered as enabling and directive in this regard.

§ 17.148.020. Superseded provisions.

The provisions of this chapter and any resolution adopted pursuant hereto, shall supersede any previous ordinance or resolution to the extent the same is in conflict herewith. (Prior code § 155.210)
