Chapter 7.30 — CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

§ 7.30.010. Approval.

Certificates of compliance shall be approved by the Director. Conditional certificates of compliance shall be approved by the Subdivision Committee. (Added by Ord. 95-03, 2/14/95)

§ 7.30.015. Procedure.

Requests for a certificate of compliance shall be processed and reviewed in compliance with the provisions and procedures set forth in the Subdivision Manual and Sections 66412.6 and 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Act. No certificate of compliance or conditional certificate of compliance shall be valid until it has been recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. (Added by Ord. 95-03, 2/14/95)

§ 7.30.020. Appeal to City Council.

Any interested person may appeal to the City Council from any action of the Director of Public Works on a certificate of compliance in accordance with Section 2.04.100 et seq. of this Code. (Added by Ord. 95-03, 2/14/95)
