9.44.010 - Pinball machines—Minor's operation prohibited—Posting of notice.¶
No minor shall operate any device which may be described or defined in any manner as a pinball machine, unless the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. No holder of any license permitting the operation of such machines or any person in the employment of such holder shall permit any minor to operate such pinball machine unless the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible. Evidence that any minor has operated any such device in a place of business owned or controlled by the holder of such license, shall be sufficient to establish prima facie a violation of this section. Each holder of a license to operate amusement devices shall at all times keep posted in a conspicuous place in the same room in which any pinball machine is located, a notice in printed letters not less than one inch in height, which notice shall be in the following words: "Minors are prohibited by law from operating any pinball machine on these premises unless the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult."

9.44.020 - Minors loitering in poolhalls prohibited—Exception.¶
No minor under the age of eighteen years shall loiter or be in or about any public poolhall or billiard parlor in the city, except where such minor shall be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult, or where the presence of such minor in such place is connected with or required by some legitimate business, trade, profession or occupation by reason of employment.

9.44.030 - Permitting minors to loiter in poolhalls prohibited.¶
No proprietor or person in charge of a pool room or billiard parlor shall knowingly permit a minor under the age of eighteen years to loiter or be in or about such poolroom or billiard parlor, unless the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult, except in connection with or required by some legitimate business, trade, profession or occupation by reason of employment.

9.44.040 - Poolhall managers report to police.¶
Each owner, agent, manager, keeper or proprietor of a poolroom or billiard parlor shall immediately report to the office of the chief of police the presence therein of any minors whom he has reason to believe to be under the age of eighteen years, unless such minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult, and in making such report, such manager, proprietor or other person shall state to the chief of police, if known, the name, age and all other pertinent information he may have about such minor.

9.44.050 - Permitting violation of Sections 9.44.010 and 9.44.020.¶
No parent, guardian or other person shall assist, aid, abet or permit or encourage any minor under the age of eighteen years to violate the provisions of Sections 9.44.010 and 9.44.020.
