9.40.010 - Curfew—Persons under eighteen years of age.

No minor under the age of eighteen years shall loiter in or on any public street, park, square or any public place between the hours of ten p.m. and daylight immediately following, except where such minor is accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of such minor, or where the presence of such minor in such place is connected with or required by some legitimate business, trade, profession or occupation by reason of employment, inclusive of the time necessary for going to and returning from such place of business in which such minor is engaged.

9.40.020 - Aiding in violation of Section 9.40.010.

No parent or other person shall assist, aid, abet, permit or encourage any minor under the age of eighteen years to violate Section 9.40.010.

9.40.030 - Permitting minors to loiter prohibited.

No proprietor, keeper, clerk or other person having charge or control of any cafe, tavern, restaurant, bar, eating place or public dance hall, shall permit any person under the age of eighteen years to loiter in such public place between the hours of ten p.m. and daylight immediately following, unless such person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of such minor.
