9.42.010 - Hotelkeepers' duty to report minors.

Each owner, agent, manager or keeper of a hotel, boardinghouse, lodginghouse, tenement house, motor court or apartment house shall immediately report to the office of the chief of police the presence therein of any minors whom he has reason to believe to be under the age of eighteen years, unless such minors are accompanied by the parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of such minors; and in making such report, he shall state to the office of the chief of police the name, age and such other information as may be ascertained or which he has gained.
