The health officer shall administer this article and may issue regulations and prepare application and identification forms pertaining thereto.

§ 13-12.1. Fees.¶
The county shall, by annual board resolution, adopt health service fees to be paid by the proprietor or operator of the food facility. Such fees are to be paid directly to the county health officer and retained by the county as reimbursement for said services related to this article.
