Editor's note: Section 1 of Ord. No. 882, adopted April 13, 1992, repealed Ord. No. 516, adopted Sep. 11, 1973, which had enacted Art. I, §§ 13-1.1—13-3. Formerly, Art. I pertained to food-handling businesses and was further amended by §§ 1—4 of Ord. No. 655, adopted Mar. 10, 1980, and § 5 of Ord. No. 833, adopted Dec. 11, 1989. Section 1 of Ord. No. 882 further provided for the addition of a new Art. I as herein set out.
