§ 13-338. Compliance monitoring.

To ensure that affordable units constructed pursuant to this chapter are properly maintained and continue to comply with the applicable provisions of this chapter, the applicant or responsible party at the time shall submit annual compliance reports to the city for review. In addition, the city shall conduct periodic on-site audits to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and agreements. The city council may adopt fees for the costs of monitoring and compliance review, which shall be deposited into the affordable housing trust fund for that purpose.
