§ 13-335. Density bonus.

Pursuant to the California State Density Bonus Law (Government Code section 65915 , et seq.), if the applicant is proposing to provide affordable units in exchange for an increase in density, concessions, incentives, or waivers/modifications of development standards, the affordable units required to fulfill the density bonus may also count as affordable units required in this chapter provided they also meet, or exceed, the requirements outlined in section 13-331 .
