§ 13-337. Concurrent processing.

Concurrent processing of planning application(s) and plan check application(s) may be allowed at the discretion of the director or their designee when the planning application(s) have been deemed complete. The applicant shall be required to enter into a hold harmless agreement with the city prior to any concurrent review. (Ord. No. 2024-02, 8/6/2024)
