§ 13-299. Penalties.

Any person, whether as principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine or not more than $500, or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that any violation of this chapter continues shall be considered a new and separate offense. (Ord. No. 97-11, § 2, 5-5-97)
